Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 June 2026

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using VibeSuite.app, including the main website, product pages, documentation, legal pages, support information, licensing flows and other official Vibe Suite content.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Who we are

Vibe Suite creates WordPress plugins, creative tools, app products, licensing systems, documentation and related digital resources.

For legal, support or product enquiries, please use the contact options shown below the relevant page.

What these terms cover

These Terms of Use apply to:

  • Use of VibeSuite.app.
  • Product pages, product microsites and product information.
  • Articles, documentation, support content and legal pages.
  • Licence activation, validation and site-binding flows provided through Vibe Suite systems.
  • General interaction with Vibe Suite as a website visitor, customer, licence holder or support contact.

Some Vibe Suite products may also have their own licence terms, privacy notes, support notes, app terms or product-specific legal pages. Where product-specific terms apply, they should be read alongside these Terms of Use.

Purchases and Gumroad

Vibe Suite currently sells products through Gumroad rather than through direct checkout on VibeSuite.app.

When you purchase through Gumroad, the checkout, payment process, receipt, taxes, purchase delivery and certain refund processes may be handled by Gumroad under Gumroad’s own terms, policies and platform rules.

Vibe Suite may use purchase information made available through Gumroad to provide product access, licence activation, support, update eligibility, refund handling, customer administration and fraud prevention.

Vibe Suite does not directly collect or store your full card details through VibeSuite.app for Gumroad purchases.

Licences and product access

Vibe Suite products are licensed, not sold outright, unless a product page or written agreement clearly says otherwise.

A licence gives you permission to use the relevant Vibe Suite product under the terms that apply to that product, your purchase, your licence type and any product-specific rules.

Some products require licence activation through Vibe Suite licensing systems. Activation may require a valid email address, licence key, product identifier, site URL, admin email address, product version and related technical information.

Licence limits, activation rules, update access, support entitlement and site usage may vary by product and purchase type.

Licence misuse

You must not misuse, bypass, attack, resell, redistribute or interfere with Vibe Suite licensing systems.

You must not:

  • Share licence keys publicly or with unauthorised users.
  • Resell, redistribute, upload or package paid Vibe Suite products without permission.
  • Use nulled, cracked, modified or unauthorised copies of Vibe Suite products.
  • Attempt to bypass licence activation, site limits, validation checks or update restrictions.
  • Use Vibe Suite licensing endpoints for scraping, probing, stress testing, abuse or automated misuse.
  • Misrepresent a Vibe Suite product as your own software.
  • Remove copyright, licence, security or attribution notices where they are required by the product.

Vibe Suite may suspend, revoke or refuse licence access where there is abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, unauthorised redistribution, attempted circumvention, security risk or serious breach of these terms.

Website use

You may use VibeSuite.app for lawful personal, business, research, product evaluation and customer purposes.

You must not use the website in a way that:

  • Breaks the law.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Interferes with the website, hosting, security, licensing systems or other users.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, files, data or endpoints.
  • Introduces malware, harmful code, scraping tools, spam or abusive automation.
  • Copies, republishes or commercially exploits website content without permission.
  • Harasses, threatens or abuses Vibe Suite or anyone connected with the website.
Product information and documentation

Vibe Suite aims to keep product information, documentation and website content useful, accurate and current.

Products may change over time. Features, screenshots, descriptions, compatibility notes, prices, licences, support scope and availability may be updated, replaced, withdrawn or corrected without notice.

Documentation, articles, examples and guides are provided for general product guidance. They are not legal, financial, security, accessibility, compliance or professional advice.

WordPress, hosting and third-party environments

Many Vibe Suite products are designed to work within WordPress and related website environments.

You are responsible for your own website, hosting, WordPress installation, theme, plugins, server configuration, PHP version, backups, security, content, users, legal compliance and testing process.

Vibe Suite is not responsible for failures, conflicts, data loss, downtime, broken layouts, performance issues or compatibility problems caused by your hosting, third-party themes, third-party plugins, custom code, browser behaviour, caching systems, security tools or incorrect configuration.

You should test new plugins, updates and settings on a staging site where possible before using them on a live website.

Backups and safe use

You are responsible for making suitable backups before installing, updating, activating, deactivating, deleting or configuring Vibe Suite products.

Some products may affect layouts, forms, animations, access rules, media handling, user flows, visibility logic, licensing, customer data or other important website behaviour. You should review settings carefully and test changes before relying on them in production.

Support

Vibe Suite may provide support for official products through the support routes made available by Vibe Suite.

Support may require an active valid licence. Support scope may vary by product, licence type, purchase route and product status.

Support may include reasonable help with product use, activation, known bugs, setup guidance or documentation clarification.

Support does not normally include:

  • Custom development.
  • Building your website for you.
  • Fixing unrelated WordPress, hosting, theme or third-party plugin issues.
  • Repairing hacked, broken or misconfigured websites.
  • Guaranteeing compatibility with every theme, plugin, browser, hosting provider or custom codebase.
  • Legal, compliance, accounting, tax, accessibility or business advice.

When requesting support, you may need to provide product name, product version, WordPress version, PHP version, screenshots, error messages, steps to reproduce the issue and relevant technical details.

Refunds

Purchases are currently handled through Gumroad. Refund requests and refund outcomes may be subject to Gumroad’s platform rules as well as Vibe Suite’s stated refund position for the relevant product.

Digital products, downloaded files, licence keys, software access and support time may have refund limits. Product-specific refund terms may also apply.

If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back or found to be fraudulent, Vibe Suite may cancel or disable any related licence, product access, support entitlement or update access.

Third-party links and services

VibeSuite.app may link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms, tools, services, embeds, payment providers, app stores, marketplaces, documentation, videos, fonts, analytics, security services or hosting providers.

Third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may have their own terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, refund rules and support processes.

Vibe Suite is not responsible for third-party websites, third-party services, external content, third-party platform decisions or the way third parties handle your information.

Intellectual property

The Vibe Suite name, product names, branding, website copy, product copy, documentation, downloads, plugin code, app code, visual assets, interface concepts, product architecture and related materials are owned by Vibe Suite or licensed to Vibe Suite unless clearly stated otherwise.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, modify, rebrand, publish, upload, scrape, train on, package, mirror or commercially exploit Vibe Suite materials without permission, except where allowed by the specific product licence or by applicable law.

User content and customer responsibility

You are responsible for the content, data, media, client records, member records, form submissions, pages, posts, designs, automations, settings, access rules and outputs you create or manage using Vibe Suite products.

You must make sure your use of Vibe Suite products complies with laws, platform rules, privacy requirements, accessibility duties, intellectual property rights and any obligations you owe to your own clients, customers, users, members or visitors.

Security

You must not attempt to compromise, probe, scan, overload, bypass or interfere with VibeSuite.app, Vibe Suite products, licensing systems, update systems, support systems or connected infrastructure.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it responsibly using the contact options provided by Vibe Suite. Do not publicly disclose the issue, exploit it, access data that is not yours, or perform destructive testing.

Availability

Vibe Suite aims to keep the website, product pages, documentation and licensing systems available where reasonably possible.

However, Vibe Suite does not guarantee that the website, licence systems, update systems, downloads, product pages or support channels will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser, host or environment.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, security issues, hosting problems, third-party failures, platform changes, product changes or events outside Vibe Suite’s reasonable control.
