Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Suite handles personal information when you visit vibesuite.app, contact us, use our product pages, activate licences, request support, or interact with Vibe Suite products and services.

Vibe Suite creates WordPress plugins, creative tools, app products and related digital resources. This policy applies to the main Vibe Suite website and to Vibe Suite’s own licensing, support and communication systems. Individual plugins and apps may also have their own product-specific privacy notes where their behaviour needs separate explanation.

Who we are

Vibe Suite is the brand responsible for this website, its product information, licensing systems, documentation, support content and official Vibe Suite digital products.

For privacy questions, data requests or legal enquiries, please use the contact options shown below this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information handled through:

  • vibesuite.app and its pages, articles, product microsites and legal pages.
  • Vibe Suite licence activation, validation and site-binding systems.
  • Support, legal, privacy or product enquiries sent to Vibe Suite.
  • Product documentation, update information, download flows and related communications.
  • Interactions with third-party purchase platforms used by Vibe Suite, including Gumroad.

This policy does not replace the privacy policies of third-party services, platforms, payment providers, hosting companies, app stores, browser providers or customer websites that use Vibe Suite products.

Personal information we may collect

The personal information Vibe Suite may collect depends on how you use the website and products. It may include:

  • Your name, where you choose to provide it.
  • Your email address, where you contact us, request support, activate a licence or purchase a product through a connected sales route.
  • Licence key information, product slug, product version, licence status and activation records.
  • Website URL, home URL, admin email address and technical site details needed to activate or validate a licence.
  • Support messages, screenshots, diagnostic notes, error reports or other information you choose to send us.
  • Purchase-related information made available to us by Gumroad or another authorised sales platform.
  • Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, server logs and approximate usage data.
  • Cookie and preference information, where cookies or similar technologies are used.
  • Records of terms acceptance, licence activation timestamps and related compliance metadata.

We do not ask you to provide more information than we reasonably need for the purpose involved.

How we collect personal information

We may collect personal information when you:

  • Visit VibeSuite.app.
  • Contact Vibe Suite for support, legal, privacy, licensing or product enquiries.
  • Purchase a Vibe Suite product through Gumroad or another authorised platform.
  • Activate, validate, renew, move or manage a licence through Vibe Suite licensing systems.
  • Install, configure or use a Vibe Suite product that communicates with Vibe Suite for licensing or update purposes.
  • Send diagnostic information, screenshots, logs or access details as part of a support request.
  • Accept licence terms or product terms inside a Vibe Suite product or activation wizard.
Purchases through Gumroad

Vibe Suite currently uses Gumroad as a purchase route for products. When you buy through Gumroad, the checkout, payment process, receipt, tax handling and some customer purchase records are handled by Gumroad under its own terms and privacy policy.

Vibe Suite does not directly collect or store your full card details through vibesuite.app for Gumroad purchases.

Gumroad may share limited purchase-related information with Vibe Suite so we can provide access, support, licence activation, customer help, refund handling, fraud prevention and product administration.

Licence activation and VibeLicenseMe

Some Vibe Suite products use VibeLicenseMe or related Vibe Suite licensing systems to activate and validate licences.

When you activate a licence, Vibe Suite may process information such as:

  • Licence key.
  • Email address associated with the licence.
  • Product slug or product identifier.
  • Website URL and home URL.
  • Admin email address.
  • Plugin or app version.
  • Licence status, activation status, site limit and binding information.
  • Terms acceptance status, terms version and acceptance timestamp.
  • Technical request data needed to keep the licensing system secure and reliable.

This information is used to confirm that a licence is valid, connect a licence to the correct site, prevent abuse, provide updates where available, support customers and maintain accurate records of licence activity.

Product-specific data handling

Vibe Suite products may work in different ways. Some products run locally inside WordPress, some may store data on the customer’s own website, and some may use Vibe Suite licensing or update systems.

Unless a product specifically says otherwise, Vibe Suite does not automatically receive the content, form submissions, client records, member records, CRM entries, uploaded media or other end-user data stored inside a customer’s own WordPress installation simply because a Vibe Suite plugin is installed.

Where a product has its own privacy page or data-handling notes, those product-specific terms should be read alongside this main Privacy Policy.

Support and contact information

If you contact Vibe Suite, we may process the information you provide so we can understand, investigate and respond to your enquiry.

Support information may include your name, email address, website URL, product name, product version, screenshots, error messages, plugin lists, hosting details, diagnostic notes or other information you choose to send.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, private customer records, passwords, full database exports, payment details or confidential business files unless we specifically request them and there is a secure and appropriate reason to provide them.

Analytics and technical information

Vibe Suite may use basic technical information to understand how the website performs, diagnose issues, improve content and protect the site from abuse.

This may include IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time of visit and general interaction information.

Where analytics tools are used, Vibe Suite aims to configure them in a privacy-conscious way and avoid collecting unnecessary personal information.

When we share personal information

Vibe Suite does not sell personal information.

We may share personal information where necessary with:

  • Service providers that help us host, operate, secure or maintain VibeSuite.app.
  • Gumroad or other authorised sales platforms where needed for purchases, refunds, access, customer support or purchase administration.
  • Professional advisers, such as legal, accounting or technical advisers, where appropriate.

Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies where they act independently.

Some services used by Vibe Suite may process information outside the United Kingdom or the country where you live.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, Vibe Suite aims to rely on appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law. These may include recognised contractual protections, platform terms, adequacy arrangements or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

How long we keep personal information

Vibe Suite keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, licence enforcement or legitimate business reasons.

Typical retention periods may include:

  • Licence records for as long as the licence remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
  • Support records for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and maintain useful support history.
  • Legal, purchase, refund or dispute records for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or platform requirements.
  • Security logs for a limited period unless they are needed to investigate abuse, fraud or technical issues.
  • Contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship.

Where information is no longer needed, Vibe Suite will delete, anonymise or securely retain it in line with the reason it must be kept.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights over your personal information.

These may include the right to:

  • Ask for access to personal information held about you.
  • Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
  • Ask for information to be deleted in certain circumstances.
  • Ask for processing to be restricted in certain circumstances.
  • Object to certain types of processing.
  • Ask for a copy of certain information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Complain to a data protection authority.

In the United Kingdom, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal information has been handled. We encourage you to contact Vibe Suite first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Security

Vibe Suite uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

No website, plugin, licensing system, email system or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your own website, devices, accounts, licences, passwords and hosting environment safe.

Customer websites using Vibe Suite products

If you use a Vibe Suite product on your own website, you are responsible for understanding how that product affects your own privacy notices, cookie notices, legal pages and data handling.

Some Vibe Suite plugins may help you collect, display, process or organise data on your own WordPress site. In those cases, you are normally responsible for the personal information collected from your own visitors, customers, clients, members or users.

Vibe Suite is not responsible for the privacy practices of customer websites that use Vibe Suite products.

Children

VibeSuite.app and Vibe Suite products are intended for business, creative, professional and general website-building use. They are not directed at children.

Vibe Suite does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the main website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Vibe Suite, please use the contact options shown below this policy.
