1. What this plugin does

Vibe Panels is used to create scroll-driven horizontal panel layouts, optional sequential fade transitions, Dynamic Drift visual effects, progress indicators and Elementor-based visual layout controls. It is a visual and layout plugin. It is not designed to collect personal data directly from front-end website visitors.

2. Personal data this plugin may process

Vibe Panels may process limited administrator, website and licensing data where the plugin is installed, configured or activated. This may include the site URL, home URL, administrator email address, purchase email address, license key, selected plugin source, licensing status, public-key verification data, cached signed licensing payloads, Terms acceptance status, Terms version, Terms acceptance timestamp and the accepted Terms text snapshot.

The plugin may also store administrator-selected configuration settings for Elementor controls, panel behaviour, visual effects and front-end display preferences. These settings are used to make the plugin work as configured by the website owner.

3. Data Vibe Panels is not designed to collect

Vibe Panels is not designed to collect names, addresses, phone numbers, payment card details, passwords, special category data, customer records, form submissions, analytics profiles or behavioural advertising data from front-end visitors.

Any personal data added manually by the website owner inside Elementor content, WordPress content, media files, embeds, forms, scripts or third-party tools remains the responsibility of the website owner and is not created by Vibe Panels itself.

4. How the data is collected

Data may be collected when an authorised site administrator runs the setup wizard, accepts the plugin Terms, saves licensing details, activates or checks a license, changes plugin settings, configures Vibe Panels controls in Elementor, or uses plugin update and status features.

Licensing validation may involve requests to a configured Vibe Suite activation server. Gumroad purchases are validated through the Vibe Suite activation service rather than directly by this plugin. Direct licensing may use a server source provided with the license.

5. Why the data is used

The data is used to activate and validate the plugin, bind a license to the website, prevent unauthorised or duplicate use, preserve signed license status during temporary server outages, record Terms acceptance for licensing purposes, display administrator status information, support plugin updates, and enable licensed Elementor controls and front-end behaviour.

6. Lawful basis

Where Vibe Suite processes licensing, activation, support or customer administration data, the lawful basis may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or another lawful basis that applies to the specific processing activity.

Vibe Suite has a legitimate interest in validating licenses, preventing unauthorised use, maintaining product security, supporting customers, protecting the integrity of paid software and keeping contractual records. Legal obligation may apply where records need to be kept for accounting, tax, audit or compliance purposes.

The website owner remains responsible for identifying and documenting the lawful basis for their own use of Vibe Panels on their website, including any Elementor content, media, embeds, analytics tools, tracking tools, consent systems, forms or third-party services they choose to use alongside the plugin.

7. Who can access the data

Vibe Panels settings and licensing screens are intended for authorised WordPress administrators only. Licensing information may also be processed by the configured Vibe Suite activation server and any sales or licensing platform connected to that server.

Front-end visitors should not be able to view license keys, private signing data, internal licensing payloads or plugin settings. Website owners should ensure administrator accounts are protected with strong passwords, appropriate access controls and sensible account management practices.

8. Third-party services and integrations

Vibe Panels works with WordPress and Elementor. Licensing may involve the Vibe Suite activation service and, depending on the plugin source selected by the administrator, Gumroad or a Direct licensing server.

The website owner should list the exact services they use on their own website, including their host, CDN, security tools, email provider, analytics tools, page builder, payment provider, consent tool, sales platform and licensing services.

9. Emails and notifications

Vibe Panels does not send automatic Terms acceptance emails from the customer website in the current licensing flow. Terms acceptance data is included in the Vibe Suite activation payload so the licensing server can store the acceptance record and, where configured server-side, generate notifications, records or snapshots.

Website owners and administrators should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in support emails, screenshots, screen recordings or diagnostic messages.

10. Passwords and security-sensitive fields

Vibe Panels should never be used to collect passwords, private customer records or sensitive user information. License keys and licensing payloads should be treated as security-sensitive administrative data.

Private signing keys are not stored in this plugin and should never be exposed to customers, administrators, front-end visitors or normal site users.

11. Files, uploads and exports

Vibe Panels is not designed as a file upload, document management or data export plugin. Any images, videos, text, scripts, documents or media displayed inside panels are controlled by the website owner through WordPress, Elementor, the active theme or the active site configuration.

The website owner should document their own media storage, usage rights, accessibility approach, image metadata practices and retention practices separately.

12. Cookies, local storage and frontend state

Vibe Panels is visual and runtime focused. It is not designed to add advertising trackers, behavioural analytics cookies or marketing pixels.

The plugin may use front-end JavaScript state to run panel scrolling, transitions, progress indicators, Dynamic Drift and animation timing. This state is used for visual behaviour and is not designed to identify individual visitors.

The website owner remains responsible for any cookies, analytics tools, consent banners, local storage, session storage, tracking pixels or similar technologies introduced by WordPress, Elementor, the theme, hosting, analytics tools, security tools, embeds or other plugins.

If a future version of Vibe Panels introduces cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics, tracking or similar technologies, this Privacy Notice and any relevant Cookie Policy should be reviewed and updated.

13. Retention and deletion

Plugin settings stored on the customer website may remain in the WordPress database until they are changed, reset, deleted, cleaned up by the website owner or removed through an uninstall process where available.

Licensing records may need to remain while a license is active and may be retained afterwards where needed for fraud prevention, contractual records, accounting, support, audit, security or legal reasons.

Deleting plugin options from WordPress may not delete records stored by the activation server, sales platforms, backups, emails, server logs, payment processors, support systems or hosting providers.

14. User rights

Depending on location and applicable law, users and administrators may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or complaint routes.

Requests relating to a website owner’s use of Vibe Panels on their own website should usually be directed to that website owner. Requests relating to Vibe Suite licensing, activation, purchase or support records should be sent using the contact options provided by Vibe Suite.

15. International transfers

Where hosting, email providers, sales platforms, payment providers, analytics tools, license services, CDNs, security tools or support systems are located outside the user’s region, personal data may be processed in other countries.

The relevant controller should identify the processors they use and the safeguards relied upon where this is required by applicable law.

16. Automated decision-making

Vibe Panels is not designed to make automated decisions about front-end visitors. Licensing systems may automatically validate whether a license key is active, expired, invalid, already bound to another website or eligible for activation. This is used for software licensing and access control.

17. Website owner responsibilities

The website owner is responsible for reviewing their Vibe Panels configuration, Elementor content, media assets, licensing source, activation server, retention practices, support channels and third-party services before publishing any privacy policy or legal wording.

The website owner should ensure their own privacy information accurately reflects the real website setup, including any forms, analytics, cookies, embedded media, third-party scripts, ecommerce tools, accessibility tools, consent tools, security services or marketing platforms used alongside Vibe Panels.
