Terms, Condtions & EULA

Last updated: 11 June 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using VibeCue iOS, a teleprompter, recording and creator tool provided by Vibe Suite.

VibeCue iOS is built for creators who want a lean, practical way to write scripts, read to camera, record takes, review content, create captions and export polished creator videos from an iPhone or iPad.

1. Who we are

VibeCue iOS is provided by Vibe Suite.

For legal questions, privacy questions, product support, bug reports or other contact options, see the contact section below.

2. Agreement to these Terms

By downloading, accessing or using VibeCue iOS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VibeCue iOS.

You must be old enough to use the app and any App Store account, device, platform or publishing service involved in your use of VibeCue iOS.

VibeCue iOS is not directed at children.

3. Apple Standard EULA and App Store terms

Use of VibeCue iOS is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom EULA is provided through the App Store.

Apple’s App Store terms, rules and processes may also apply to your download, access, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, device use and Apple Account settings.

Where Apple’s App Store rules apply, they operate alongside these Terms.

4. What VibeCue iOS does

VibeCue iOS helps you prepare, read, record, review and export video content from your device.

The app may include features such as:

  • Script writing.
  • Script import.
  • TXT import.
  • PDF import.
  • RTF import, where available.
  • Timed teleprompter playback.
  • Vibe! voice-following.
  • Camera recording.
  • Microphone recording.
  • Recording review.
  • Saving recordings or exports to Photos.
  • Sharing through the standard iOS share sheet.
  • Creator Suite tools.
  • Captions.
  • Caption editing.
  • Manual caption timing edits.
  • Logo overlays.
  • Preview Playback.
  • Original recording backup options.
  • Clean App or local purge tools.
  • Settings and permissions guidance.
  • Support or bug report flows.

Some features may depend on your app version, device, iOS version, storage, permissions, Apple system availability and whether VibeCue Pro is active.

Certain camera options may depend on device support.

5. Free mode and VibeCue Pro

VibeCue iOS launches as a freemium app.

The app is free to download and includes access to core teleprompter features.

Free sessions are limited to 10 minutes. At the session limit, VibeCue may stop the active session or recording safely and allow you to review, save or share the recording where available.

VibeCue Pro removes the session-length limit and unlocks additional creator features.

VibeCue Pro may include:

  • Unlimited session length.
  • Creator Suite.
  • Captions.
  • Caption editor.
  • Caption timing edits.
  • Logo overlays.
  • Preview Playback.
  • Polished Creator exports.

VibeCue Pro can be unlocked through either a Lifetime Pro purchase or a Monthly Pro subscription, where available in the App Store.

Both Lifetime Pro and Monthly Pro unlock the same internal Pro entitlement while active or valid.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

VibeCue iOS offers optional paid access called Vibe Cue Pro.

Vibe Cue Pro may be available as:

  • A monthly auto-renewable subscription.
  • A one-time lifetime unlock, depending on the options shown in the app and App Store.

Vibe Cue Pro unlocks longer or unlimited sessions and Creator Suite features, including captions, caption editing, caption timing edits, logo overlays, Preview Playback and polished Creator exports where available.

The monthly subscription is titled Vibe Cue Pro Monthly, or the exact subscription name shown in the app and App Store. The subscription duration is monthly.

The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, tax treatment, App Store territory and Apple’s own pricing display. The price shown by Apple at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

Monthly Pro renews automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscriptions.

If a subscription expires, is cancelled at the end of its billing period, refunded, revoked or otherwise becomes inactive, Pro features may become unavailable.

Lifetime Pro, if offered, is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase and is not an auto-renewing subscription.

Both Lifetime Pro and Monthly Pro unlock the same internal Pro entitlement while active or valid.

Free mode remains available with limits, including the 10-minute session limit. At the session limit, VibeCue may stop the active session or recording safely and allow you to review, save or share the recording where available.

Loss of Pro access does not delete your local scripts or recordings.

All purchases are handled by Apple’s in-app purchase system. Vibe Suite does not process payments and does not receive your Apple payment card details.

Refunds, billing issues, subscription management and purchase disputes are handled according to Apple’s App Store processes.

For details about how VibeCue iOS handles privacy, data and app permissions, see the Privacy Policy.

7. User content ownership

You keep ownership of the content you create, import, edit, record, save or export using VibeCue iOS.

This may include:

  • Scripts you write.
  • Scripts you import.
  • Recordings you create.
  • Captions you edit.
  • Caption timings.
  • Logos or images you add.
  • Final exports.
  • Any content you save or share.

Vibe Suite does not claim ownership of your scripts, recordings, captions, logos, images or Creator Suite exports.

8. Your responsibility for content and rights

You are responsible for the content you add to, create with, record through, export from or publish using VibeCue iOS.

By using the app, you confirm that you have the rights needed to use, record, edit, export and share the content you add to VibeCue.

This includes responsibility for rights relating to:

  • Scripts.
  • Text.
  • Logos.
  • Images.
  • Brand assets.
  • Footage.
  • Names.
  • Likenesses.
  • Music or audio added outside VibeCue.
  • Any content you publish to social platforms or other services.

You are responsible for making sure your use of VibeCue iOS complies with applicable laws, platform rules, App Store rules, contracts and any permissions required for your content.

VibeCue iOS does not currently include built-in stock assets, public templates, music, stock images or community content libraries.

VibeCue iOS uses Apple or system font options and simple built-in styling options. If custom commercial fonts or third-party asset libraries are added in a future version, the relevant terms may be updated.

9. Recording consent

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to record, save, share or publish any content you create with VibeCue.

Do not use VibeCue to record people, locations, conversations or events where you do not have permission or where recording is restricted by law, contract, platform rules or local requirements.

Recording consent laws vary by country, region and context. You are responsible for understanding and following the rules that apply to your use.

Vibe Suite is not responsible for your decision to record, save, share or publish content without the required rights, permission or consent.

10. Captions, speech recognition and accuracy

VibeCue iOS may include Vibe! voice-following, caption generation, caption editing, caption timing and transcription-like output to help speed up creator workflows.

These features are assistive creator tools. They are not guaranteed accuracy systems.

Voice-following, caption generation and caption timing features may be incomplete, inaccurate, mistimed or unsuitable for some uses. You should review and edit captions, timings and exports before sharing or publishing them.

VibeCue captions are intended for creator, social and general content workflows.

They are not intended to be relied upon for:

  • Formal accessibility compliance.
  • Legal records.
  • Medical records.
  • Broadcast compliance.
  • Professional transcription.
  • Official subtitles.
  • Court, HR, financial or regulatory records.
  • Emergency or safety-critical use.

Speech recognition may rely on Apple’s iOS speech-recognition services, depending on your device, language, settings, iOS version and system availability.

Vibe Suite does not guarantee that Vibe!, captions, timings, speech recognition or Creator Suite exports will be accurate, complete, legally compliant or suitable for your intended use.

11. Creator Suite and exports

Creator Suite is a lightweight creator and export tool. It is not a full professional video editor.

Creator Suite may help you add captions, edit caption text, adjust timing, add logo overlays, preview playback and create polished creator exports.

Export quality, speed and availability may vary based on:

  • Your device capability.
  • Video length.
  • Available storage.
  • iOS version.
  • Granted permissions.
  • Source video orientation.
  • User-selected settings.
  • App version.

The app may offer an option to save an original unedited recording. You remain responsible for keeping backups of important content.

You should review any recording, caption, timing, logo overlay and exported video before publishing or sharing it.

12. Permissions and device requirements

Some VibeCue iOS features require access to Apple system permissions.

These may include:

  • Camera: used for user-started video recording.
  • Microphone: used for audio recording and voice-following features.
  • Speech Recognition: used for Vibe! voice-following, script tracking and caption timing assistance where available.
  • Photos: used to save recordings, original backups or Creator Suite exports.
  • Files or Document Picker: used when you choose to import scripts or supported documents.

You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.

If you disable permissions, some features may be limited or unavailable.

VibeCue iOS performance may vary depending on your device model, storage, iOS version, camera and microphone capability, Apple system services and other conditions outside Vibe Suite’s control.

13. Local-first storage and backups

VibeCue is designed as a local-first app. Your scripts, recordings, caption edits and Creator Suite exports stay on your device unless you choose to save, export or share them.

VibeCue iOS currently has:

  • No Vibe Suite user accounts.
  • No cloud script library.
  • No public profiles.
  • No in-app messaging.
  • No public community feed.
  • No public user-generated-content publishing layer.
  • No Vibe Suite server upload of scripts or recordings.

Local-first does not mean every Apple system feature always happens entirely on-device. For example, Vibe! may use Apple’s iOS speech-recognition services depending on device, language, settings, iOS version and system availability.

You are responsible for managing your own device storage, backups, Photos library, iCloud settings and exported files.

Deleting the app may remove local app data managed by iOS. Recordings or exports already saved to Photos, shared to another app or sent to another service must be managed separately.

14. Acceptable use

You must not use VibeCue iOS for unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive purposes.

You must not use VibeCue iOS to:

  • Record people, conversations, locations or events without permission where permission is required.
  • Harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten or abuse others.
  • Create or share misleading impersonation content.
  • Infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy rights, publicity rights or other third-party rights.
  • Use content you do not own or do not have permission to use.
  • Break App Store rules, social platform rules or applicable laws.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, redistribute or interfere with the app except where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass or misuse app functionality.

You are responsible for what you create, record, export, save, publish or share using VibeCue iOS.

15. Intellectual property owned by Vibe Suite

VibeCue iOS, the VibeCue name, the Vibe! name, the Creator Suite name, the app interface, app design, branding, icons, text, software and related Vibe Suite materials are owned by Vibe Suite or licensed to Vibe Suite.

These Terms do not give you ownership of VibeCue iOS or any Vibe Suite intellectual property.

You may use VibeCue iOS for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms, Apple’s applicable terms and any App Store rules that apply.

You must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or create derivative products from VibeCue iOS except where allowed by law.

16. Availability, changes and compatibility

Vibe Suite may update, improve, change, limit, suspend or remove features in VibeCue iOS from time to time.

Features may change between versions.

Some features may depend on:

  • iOS version.
  • Device capability.
  • Camera and microphone support.
  • Speech-recognition availability.
  • Photos and Files permissions.
  • Available storage.
  • Device performance.
  • App Store availability.
  • Apple system behaviour.

Vibe Suite does not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, in every country, in every language or at all times.

17. Support

Vibe Suite may provide support for VibeCue iOS through website contact options, support flows, bug report forms or other support routes.

When reporting an issue, you may be asked to provide details such as your app version, iOS version, device model, what happened, what you were trying to do and steps to reproduce the issue.

Do not send private scripts, recordings, confidential material or sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable sharing that information with Vibe Suite for support purposes.

Support availability, response times and support methods may vary.

See below for contact options.

18. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

VibeCue iOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Vibe Suite does not guarantee that VibeCue iOS will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, compatible with every device, suitable for every workflow or available at all times.

Vibe Suite does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timing or suitability of Vibe!, speech recognition, captions, caption edits, caption timing, Creator Suite exports, recordings or shared outputs.

You are responsible for reviewing your content before saving, sharing or publishing it.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vibe Suite will not be responsible for losses arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use VibeCue iOS.
  • Your decision to record, save, publish or share content.
  • Inaccurate captions, mistimed captions or speech-recognition errors.
  • Loss of content where you have not kept appropriate backups.
  • Third-party platforms, apps, services or sharing destinations.
  • Device, iOS, Apple Account, Photos, iCloud, App Store or permission issues.
  • Use of VibeCue iOS in a way that breaches these Terms, platform rules or applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under laws that cannot be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region give you additional rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

20. Changes to these Terms

Vibe Suite may update these Terms from time to time.

If the Terms change, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated.

If future versions of VibeCue iOS introduce new features, purchase models, subscriptions, accounts, cloud sync, hosted content, analytics or other material changes, Vibe Suite will update these Terms where needed to reflect how the new version works.

Continuing to use VibeCue iOS after updated Terms are made available means you accept the updated Terms.
